Keith Jones, Managing Principal, Ace Parking
Parking in the City

When Evan V. Jones founded Ace Parking in a small San Diego office in 1950, little did he know that his grandson would one day be the Managing Principal of the nation’s premier parking company with over 450 locations coast-to-coast.

That grandson is Keith B. Jones. The third executive with that surname, he is also the living embodiment of the Ace story and all that it stands for.

From the beginning, Ace was built on twin values. First, to deliver the highest standards of professionalism and service. Second, to maintain a San Diego tradition of neighbor helping neighbor – whatever it takes.

Anyone who knows Keith B. Jones will tell you that there is no better description of the man or the company he runs. In fact, this very ethic is the foundation of Ace Parking’s motto: Every Thank You Earned. Keith himself sets the example every day. Never averse to rolling up his sleeves, he’s been known to answer a client email at 3:00 am. He’s been seen in the ticket booth with a new hire. He’s even been the “mystery shopper” to make sure everything is as it should be.

Utterly approachable, Keith is just as comfortable in the employee lounge as he is in a Fortune 500 boardroom. Every Ace client has direct access to Keith, as does a newly-hired valet. He has unlimited time for the parking business, but also for several prominent boards and charity groups. And while he’s known as the steward of a growing company with over $350 million in annual revenue, he’s also known as a nice guy who believes in common decency, basic fairness, and treating everyone he meets with respect.
