THIS WEEK'S PROGRAM

Tom Garfinkel, President and COO of the San Diego Padres was our guest speaker this morning.  His philosphy is

...To know the heart and mind of America, you better know baseball…

The new management team is now in place at Petco Park.   Their goal is to be the best franchise in the sport of baseball.  In order to accomplish that goal, they will need to build a great brand: great product, great ballpark and a great community.  Over the upcoming years, they will be building a great product (a great ballpark and a great community, San Diego are in place. )

The management team will be lasor focus on customer services using www.Zappo.com  as a company model.  Above all they know that they don’t own the Padres but are stewards of a public trust.
