THIS WEEK’S MEETING

President Carol started the meeting at 7:30am.  Larry Nuffer read us an Irish invocation.  Joe explained the meaning of the US flag before we did our salute.  Linda Jalving and Rosalie Kramm were our songmeister duos and led us in a Mary Poppins favorite . . . Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.  Whew!

SGT. AT ARMS

Our sergeant at arms, Rosalie Kramm, raffled off an item to our winning resident gardener, Frank De Francesco.  In exchange he donated 8 large zucchinis. Jonathan Stone auctioned off member Jack Gilbert’s new (and first) book, Strengthening Ethical Wisdom: Tools for Transforming Your Health Care Organization. Our winner paid $60 for this autographed copy.  Read more about Jack’s book at:  http://newpageconsulting.com/books_and_articles.html
