distributed via e-mail and hard copy at the last couple meetings. This form will be used to improve our club
and provide the type of services you expect out of our fine organization.

The Foundation Seminar will take place on
September 10, 2005. This seminar is
considered the single most important seminar in Rotary and will help you learn
what Rotary is doing and where your generous donations and contributions are
applied.

The Golf Tournament is October 14, 2005 at the available and golfers can
