To: Bulletin Writers
Here's the schedule
for the next six months or so. If you
are unable to write on a date assigned to you, or are burned out on writing the
Bulletin, or have any other conflicts, please call me as soon as possible so
that I can arrange for substitutes. If
you need to change dates, feel free to contact other writers directly but I
would appreciate a note from you as well.
This will be posted on the website on the Bulletin page.
Please take notes at
your assigned meeting. Then write up the
events as they took place generally following the various sections of prior
Bulletins (i.e., THIS WEEK’S MEETING, ANNOUNCEMENTS,
FINES, SPEAKER, etc.). Send your write-up to me via e-mail by noon
on the Friday after the meeting. I
prefer having you do your write-up in WORD format and sending it to me as an
attachment, but you can use other formats as well or just type it into the body
of the e-mail message.
