Basic Education and Literacy are one of Rotary International's core areas of focus. This year, the Downtown San Diego Rotary Club selected literacy as a theme. We donated 80 dictionaries to the third grade students at Euclid Elementary School in City Heights. In addition, we read to first graders twice a month through the Rolling Readers program.
